By using ExpertsCentre.com or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ExpertsCentre operates solely as a discovery and referral platform that connects businesses with independent experts and service providers, including but not limited to STM and its associated offerings.

ExpertsCentre does not provide, manage, control, or deliver any services offered by listed experts, nor does it participate in any contractual, employment, or commercial relationship formed between the engaging parties.

All decisions to engage, hire, or transact with any expert or service provider are made solely at the discretion and risk of the engaging party. ExpertsCentre does not recommend, endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, performance, reliability, legality, or suitability of any expert or service provider listed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpertsCentre shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with:

• the engagement or performance of any expert or service provider
• any agreement or transaction between the parties
• the use, misuse, or handling of data, systems, software, hardware, or intellectual property
• any communication or interaction between the parties, whether direct or indirect

ExpertsCentre shall not be liable for any matters relating to employment, contractor arrangements, compliance, payroll, taxation, insurance, or regulatory obligations, all of which remain the sole responsibility of the engaging parties and service providers.

Experts listed on ExpertsCentre operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ExpertsCentre.

By engaging with any expert or service provider through ExpertsCentre, the engaging party acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for its decisions and outcomes.

ExpertsCentre connects businesses with independent experts. It does not deliver services.

ExpertsCentre does not act as an advisor, consultant, or decision-making authority in any engagement.

ExpertsCentre may offer certain in-house or facilitated services, including resume writing, cover letter creation, and LinkedIn profile optimisation.

Where services are clearly offered and sold directly by ExpertsCentre, the following applies:

Your Resume Upgrade Package includes:

• Professionally rewritten resume (1-3 pages, PDF + Word format)
• ATS-optimised formatting and keyword placement
• Matching cover letter template
• LinkedIn profile summary rewrite
• 1 revision within 7 days

Any additional inclusions are complimentary and may be modified or omitted without notice.

• Standard turnaround: 48 hours from receipt of all required materials
• You must provide: current resume, target role details, and any specific requirements
• Delivery via email to the address provided at checkout
• Revisions completed within 48 hours of request (within 7-day window)

100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to ExpertsCentre-delivered services only.

If you are not satisfied:

• Email support@expertscentre.com within 7 days
• Include reason for dissatisfaction

Refund conditions:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• One refund per customer
• Valid for first-time customers only

Refunds processed within 7–14 business days.

ExpertsCentre guarantees service quality only for services directly provided.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Interview calls or job offers
• Hiring outcomes
• Salary outcomes
• Business success

For third-party experts, ExpertsCentre makes no guarantees of any kind.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Respond within reasonable timeframes
• Use services professionally and lawfully
• Not resell or redistribute materials
• Not misuse platform or expert connections

Experts listed on ExpertsCentre:

• Operate independently
• Are not employees, agents, or representatives of ExpertsCentre
• Deliver services under their own business responsibility

All engagements, agreements, and outcomes are solely between the engaging parties.

• any agreement or transaction between parties

ExpertsCentre shall not be liable for:

• employment or contractor arrangements
• compliance, payroll, taxation, or insurance matters
• regulatory obligations
• intellectual property disputes
• fraud, misconduct, or service failure

All such matters remain the sole responsibility of the engaging parties.

For services directly provided by ExpertsCentre:

• Services are provided “as is”
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

ExpertsCentre is not liable for:

• job outcomes
• employer decisions
• lost income
• indirect or consequential damages

For ExpertsCentre services:

• You own your personal content
• ExpertsCentre retains ownership of templates, formatting, and methodology

You may:

• Use materials for personal use

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute
• Claim templates as your own

• Only necessary data is collected
• Information is kept confidential
• No sharing with third parties except service providers (e.g. payment processors)
• Anonymised data may be used for marketing

• Contact support@expertscentre.com first
• Resolution attempted within 7 business days
• Governed by laws of Victoria, Australia
• Mediation before legal action

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
